1. About Our Products

Flexora sells exclusively digital downloadable products, including PDF guides, printable journals, and related digital content (collectively, "Products"). We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods.

Upon completing your purchase, you receive immediate access to your Product(s) via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is instantaneous and fully automated.

 

2. No-Refund Policy

All sales of digital Products are final. Because our Products are delivered electronically and are immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any of the following circumstances:

        You changed your mind after completing the purchase.

        The Product did not meet your personal expectations.

        You purchased the Product by mistake.

        You no longer need the Product.

        You did not read the product description before purchasing.

        You are unable to open or print the file on your personal device.

 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is made available to you immediately, and you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content. You confirm that you understand and accept that this results in the loss of any applicable statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period, to the maximum extent permitted by the law of your jurisdiction.

3. Exceptions — Defective or Incorrectly Described Products

We stand behind the quality and accuracy of our Products. A refund or replacement may be considered solely in the following circumstances:

        The Product you received is materially and substantially different from what was described on the product page at the time of your purchase; or

        The Product file is permanently corrupted, inaccessible, or technically defective due to an error on our part, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement file within five (5) business days of receiving your written notification.

 

To request a review under this section, you must contact Flexora support within fourteen (14) calendar days of your original purchase date. Your request must include: (i) your order confirmation number; (ii) a clear description of the issue; and (iii) any relevant screenshots or supporting documentation.

Flexora reserves the right to assess each claim on a case-by-case basis. Where a defect or material discrepancy is confirmed, we will first attempt to remedy it by providing a corrected or replacement file. A monetary refund will be considered only where such a remedy is not technically feasible.

 

4. Technical Support

We want every customer to be able to access and use their Products without difficulty. If you experience any technical issue — such as a problem downloading, opening, or printing your file — please reach out to our support team before initiating any payment dispute.

All Products are provided in PDF format, compatible with any device that supports Adobe Acrobat Reader (available free of charge at adobe.com) or any equivalent PDF viewer. Print-ready formatting is included in all Products.

We will make every reasonable effort to assist you and resolve any technical issue promptly.

 

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience a problem with your order, we ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly and fairly.

Filing an unjustified chargeback in connection with a valid digital delivery constitutes a breach of this Policy. Flexora reserves the right to contest such disputes by providing transaction records, delivery confirmation logs, and a copy of this Policy to the relevant payment processor.
