All Flexora products are delivered digitally via email, immediately after your purchase is confirmed. There is no physical shipment, no tracking number, and no waiting time.


1. Digital-Only Products
Flexora sells exclusively digital downloadable products. We do not manufacture, stock, or ship any physical goods. No parcel will ever be dispatched to your postal address, and no shipping carrier is involved in any transaction.
All Products — including PDF guides, printable journals, and any other digital content — are delivered electronically, directly to the email address you provide at the time of purchase.

2. How Delivery Works
Once your payment is successfully processed, the following steps occur automatically:

•    Step 1 — Your order is confirmed and a receipt is generated.
•    Step 2 — A delivery email is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. This email contains your secure download link(s).
•    Step 3 — You click the link, download your Product file(s) in PDF format, and you are ready to begin.

The entire process is automated and instantaneous. In the vast majority of cases, your delivery email will arrive within a few minutes of purchase completion.

3. Delivery Time
Delivery is immediate and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including weekends and public holidays. There are no business-hours restrictions on delivery.

Maximum:  within 30 minutes in the event of high server load

If you have not received your delivery email within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting support.


4. Accuracy of Your Email Address
Delivery is made exclusively to the email address entered at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that this address is correct, valid, and actively monitored before completing your purchase.
Flexora cannot be held responsible for non-delivery resulting from:
•    an incorrect, misspelled, or inactive email address entered at checkout;
•    your email provider's spam or junk filters blocking or diverting the delivery email;
•    a full inbox preventing receipt of the email;
•    corporate, school, or organizational email filters that block automated messages.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect email address, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to redirect delivery, provided the request is made promptly and the order has not yet been accessed.

5. Spam and Junk Mail Filters
Automated delivery emails are occasionally intercepted by spam filters. If your delivery email does not appear in your inbox within 30 minutes of purchase, we recommend taking the following steps in order:
•    Step 1 — Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder (the latter applies to Gmail users).
•    Step 2 — Search your inbox for emails from support@flexora.com.
•    Step 3 — Add support@flexora.com to your contacts or safe senders list to prevent future filtering.
•    Step 4 — If the email is still not found, contact our support team with your order confirmation number.

6. Re-Downloading Your Product
Your download link remains valid for a reasonable period following purchase. If you need to re-download your Product — for example, after changing devices or accidentally deleting the file — please contact our support team with your order confirmation details, and we will provide you with a fresh download link.
We recommend saving your downloaded Product file to a secure location (such as cloud storage or a personal hard drive) immediately after purchase to avoid the need for re-download requests.

7. No Shipping Costs
Because all Products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or any other delivery-related charges applied to your order, regardless of your country of residence. The price displayed at checkout is the total price you pay.

8. Compatible Devices and File Format
All Flexora Products are delivered in PDF format — a universally supported file type readable on virtually any device, including:
•    Desktop and laptop computers (Windows, macOS, Linux)
•    Smartphones and tablets (iOS and Android)
•    E-readers and other PDF-compatible devices

To open your Product, you will need a PDF reader application. We recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is available free of charge at adobe.com. Most modern devices include a built-in PDF viewer and require no additional software.
All Products are also print-friendly. If you prefer to work with a printed copy, simply open the file and print it from any standard printer.
